Inspection

Free on restoration work

Why people call us and not the franchise.

Two licenses, one contract

We dry it and we rebuild it. Most restoration companies are not licensed for the second half.

We are electricians too

Flooded panels and wet circuits get handled on day one, not after somebody else is called in.

Documented for your claim

Photos, moisture maps and daily drying logs go straight to your adjuster.

Our own crews

W-2 technicians. The people who show up on day one are the people who finish the job.

From your call to the last coat of paint.

  1. 01

    You call

We tell you how to shut the water and the power off safely, before we even leave.

  2. 02

    We stabilize

Source stopped, water out, electrical made safe, everything photographed first.

  3. 03

    We dry

Equipment stays until the moisture readings hit dry standard. Logged every day.

  4. 04

    We rebuild

Drywall, flooring, paint and electrical, under the same contract.

Drag the handle. Same room, same job.

Affected material removed back to sound framing, dried to standard, then finished to match.

Your Insurance Claim

We document it so the claim does not stall.

Photos before anything is touched, moisture readings logged every day, and an itemized scope your adjuster can check line by line. We work with all major carriers and their adjusters.

How it works
  • We never negotiate or adjust your claim. That is a licensed public adjuster's job, not a contractor's.
  • We will never discount your deductible. In California that is insurance fraud.

The Peninsula, the South Bay and Santa Cruz.

San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Santa Cruz counties. Our crews already work this footprint every day. That is why we can get to you instead of routing a truck in from somewhere else.

Questions people ask at 2 a.m.

A person picks up, not a service that takes a message and calls you back. We work out three things on that call: whether anybody is in danger, whether the water is still running, and what category it is, because that decides what the crew brings. If the shutoff has not been found yet, we stay on the line until it has. The truck is loading while we talk.

Nothing, on restoration work. The inspection is free and it is a real inspection: meter readings, a look at where the water went, and a written scope, not a salesperson with a clipboard. We would rather tell you that a loss is small enough to handle yourself than turn a two-hundred-dollar problem into a project.

No. On a small loss the mitigation sometimes costs less than the deductible, in which case there is nothing worth claiming and we will say so. Deciding to file is your call and your agent’s, not a contractor’s, and anybody who pushes you toward a claim before they have seen the loss is thinking about their invoice.

Two ways that matter. We hold a General B building license as well as the C-10 electrical, so the same company that dries your house out also rebuilds it, instead of handing you off. And the crews are ours, W-2 technicians rather than whoever a franchise could reach at midnight, so the people who show up on day one are the people who finish.

Because the two fail together and nobody else on a water loss is licensed for the electrical half. Flooded outlets, soaked panels, corroded breakers, wet junction boxes. A restoration company has to call somebody for that, which means a second appointment on a live hazard. We are that somebody, so it happens on the first visit.

Yes. Offices, retail, restaurants, and multi-unit buildings, where the real cost is usually downtime rather than the drying invoice. That changes the plan rather than the method: containment that isolates the affected area, phased work so the rest of the floor keeps operating, and scheduling around your hours.

Mitigation, the electrical, and the reconstruction are all self-performed. Plumbing repair and specialty contents processing go to partners, because those are genuinely other people’s trades, and we say which is which rather than presenting everything as in-house.

Every hour water sits, the repair gets bigger.

Call and we will walk you through shutting things down safely before our truck even leaves. Free inspection, and we bill your carrier directly where they allow it.
